Broadbandreports.com

I like to browse the forums here under the username "dongyrn". (Actually you will find me under that name on most of the forums I participate in.) There's a tremendous amount of info, on ISP's and areas and such... Here are my favorite forum areas, listed in the footer are some links on me. I joined the DSLR Team Discovery, helping in the fight against cancer and juvenile diseases. Basically volunteering my spare CPU cycles to help process molecular research in an effort to create new drugs that fight these diseases.

LEGO Competition Selects Three New Master Builders

OK, so now I'm going to blow what I've already said and make three updates on the first day to the site already. So sue me. This is just too cool to pass up. Slashdot (News for Nerds. Stuff that matters.) is running an awesome story, linked below.

"The nationwide LEGO Master Builder search (covered here previously) came to a completion last week. At the last minute, LEGO surprised the competitors by announcing that they would select not one, but three Master Builders."

w00t!

Almost forgot...

Hey, kudos to my bro Kevin, who's on his way to becoming a geek in his own right. I'm so proud... From his email:

Hello All,

I'm still home sick, but plan on going back to work tomorrow. But I do have good news, my very first website is now officially published!!! It is still very much under construction, but it's out there if you guys want to take a look at it! (On the bottom of the home page you can see a link with my name as the webmaster... cool!!)

Go to http://www.hqmc.usmc.mil and select the link that says, "Office of Legislative Affairs." Hope you enjoy, and I would gladly take any suggestions if anyone one of you has had any kind of experience in web design before (hint, hint, nudge, nudge... BRIAN!). Thanks, hope everyone is getting around in the snow!

He's also got a very classy site for his upcoming wedding this July, see link on title...

WELCOME

What follows is the original welcome post from my homepage when it first went up, 20040129.

Yeah I know, it's not much to look at and I most likely won't have the time to keep it updated frequently. Lots of links might not work either. (Well, the external ones should work, but no guarantees on any internal site links in my area...)

What I'd like to get on here are some helpful links to topics I use frequently, like gaming and themes and Linux and anime and... Well, basically I'll just post up my bookmarks. :-)

Most of the things of interest will be on the main Graham Family pages, like pictures of the new house being built in the Falling Waters, WV area. Beautiful country, there. Just wish it didn't snow so much...
